Shipping Method:
Canada Post; Surface Mail
Shipping Costs within Canada:
- Canada Post flat rate shipping up to 5 kg based on package size (extra small, small, medium, large)
- Local Pickup (no shipping cost) is available if you can arrange pickup at one of our studios. Use Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL A0P 1C0 as your shipping address)
Timing from Order to Shipping
As most of my items are made to order, shipping will take place between 2 to 3 weeks from your payment.
We will send you an e-mail to your account letting you know the date of shipment (If you are a first time customer, please check your spam folder ).
Taxes
All products on our site are taxable. Product prices are exclusive of taxes.
15% HST (based on tax rate for Newfoundland and Labrador) will be applied applied to your total order (including shipping costs if applicable) when you checkout.
Payment Method
We accept all major credit cards.
Refund and Exchange Policies
Refunds are not provided.
If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, we will exchange it for another listed item of your choice that is of equal value.
NOTE: Buyer pays shipping costs for the exchange.

All items are handcrafted from original designs. Most pieces are unique because they are also hand formed. As a result, the measurements and shape may vary slightly from the description and picture shown.
